My favorite part is when Aqua schools Iono on the nature of collabs. If Iono was an indie then she could probably get away with collab'ing with anyone she wanted, but as she represents her region's League it isn't really all that different from Hololive (although, admittedly, the fact that the Gym Leaders have the leeway to customize their challenges as they see fit, they probably are able to let Iono get away with much of what she does).

Wait, you make me realize, if the Paldean League is a corporation and all the gym leaders are the talents within that corp, does that means the Elite Four are the managers/directors while the Top Champion is the CEO? Does that means all the Leagues in Pokemon function like a VTuber company and compete with each others? Oh God I feel like I just opened up some real big rabbit hole just now...

@@sekaihunter9378 It could be something specific to the Paldea region, but I could see that being a thing. Each region does have its own way of doing things, although it's interesting to point out that the Japanese regions are the most uniform in design and progression.

@@sekaihunter9378 while this would make sense with other regions, this doesn't quite fit with Paldea, because the champion title isn't a one-person-only thing, there can be more than one champion, and while a company can have many CEOs this doesn't really fit with the intention of champion in the pokemon world. Although we could count the crazy hair lady as the CEO, you do have to beat her to become champion after all.

Nah, it's easy for Hololive talents to collab with one another if the schedule permits it. It's when they want to collab with those outside the company do they have to process it. Though each branch has different rules.

Sad nothing. They have never had voiced clips in mainline games. Expecting such a thing is barking up the wrong tree. If you do want to hear Iono's voice, she had her own special trailer that's a few minutes long.

Needing to have collabs approved? Did Aqua forget that not every streamer is a brand or run by a company? Though she's right about Iono being wrong to emphasize numbers--that's why I found Iono incredibly annoying.
