Carl enjoys Foreigner and Loverboy (and probably Asia) and Whitesnake,and Carl’s friends outside the neighborhood aren’t in a position to turn Carl on to Danzig. Which is a bummer, because although Carl “wouldn’t get” Samhain, he *would* doubtlessly enjoy Danzig’s first 2 records. They’re both from New Jersey: they’d have a lot of common ground. Twist of Cain is a great song.

First time I saw this years and years ago. I was watching this late at night with my buddy. We were HUGE misfits and Danzig fans. When he first appeared on screen I pretty much shouted "dude is that Danzig!?!??!?" And when he says "Danzig mother fcker!" We both lost our minds. Note that we were high out of our minds and literally just finished listening to the Earth A.D. album. I love this show. Damn those were good times.

Funny story: so Danzig owned like a lot of Bricks and his neighbor complained about it. So Danzig angrily picked up each brick and threw them loadly in the trash while singing slurs. Some people speculate the story to be false but it’s so freaking funny to think about I want to believe it’s real.
