HELLO! Sirdork, how are you??? LUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUVVVING!!! Your channel, you've help me SOOOOOOOOO MUCH! With my toy photography, I have a question, maybe it can be an idea for a tutorial, have you done any underwater style toy photography??? I can't remember where I saw it, or who did it, but it was a doll collector on Flickr, she took her Monster High Lagoona doll, and put her in her fish tank, with her gold fish, weighted her down, so it looked like she was floating, and took picks of her, so I was wondering, have you ever done anything like that before??? Could you do a video using just a phone for the pics and see what you can do? I think it’d be really cool to experiment. I don’t have a camera. I only have an iPhone so I’m kinda limited. Just a suggestion!

Are you using sticks to hold up these action figures? And is it just correct placement or how do they hold the figure up?

Yes I use small wooden skewers! I remove them afterward while editing 😁 I have a few tutorials on the channel on how I remove them!

What I can't figure out is...using 1 hand to hold the reflector and the other hand to splash the water/sand who is pressing the shutter button? Or are you using the timer on the camera? I'm just curious..awesome shots by the way.

Hey thanks so much!! 🙏 I have a wireless remote that I hold in the same hand as the reflector 🤣 it’s tricky but after a while you figure out how to make it work 🤣

Ah yes... the trusty wireless remote. I should have thought about that. I have the same camera setup that you're using, and I also use a wireless remote when I need it. Seems like a stupid question now that I think of it... but thanks for the reply.
