Qudos to you MD ....respect. "Do with what we have" you say and yet with whatever left overs you have you always manage to turn it into a dream of an aquascape. There are some aquascaping channels out there that are basically kind of over rated and they are trying to tell us that we need to have some really expensive stuffs to create a beautiful aquascape...and yet here you are ,...just crushing it bro.... You deserve a million subscribers in my humble opinion.

My grancha use to have every fish going and breed and show them all around uk loads of medals and then my dad dad got in to it and one dad when he was younger my granch done is whole room with small tanks shelf after shelf and he done the same with him. And it rubbed of on me lol I absolutely love looking after my fish and breed fish and shrimp . I have a shed full like yours with tanks. And on my second shed ready to buy for the summer . Always watch your channel top fan. Beautiful tanks . 🥰

Another awesome video MD, all looking so beautiful... Would suggest using 4mm plexy glass(Acrylic) as cover as its almost invisible & light. I use the same & Works great. Also observe Killis hunting down shrimp in my tank. Removed them immediately & rehomed them.

You should cut a small feeding hole on the lid. It will help you a ton. Great content.

You could use a pill grinder to grind the tabs some into a powder so you can cover the base gravel better. You generally can find the pill grinder at you local pharmacy.

Beautiful as always! :) May I suggest that you will do a tank with black sand or something like that in the future ? most of the time you are using white sand. (Except for the rack maybe)

the only thing I'm missing is an artemia nauplia hatching station to have lifefood for the killis :) ... Pseudepiplatys annulatus are mostly very thin when they come from the store, good lifefood will bring them fast in a good shape

Awesome video, I really enjoy your work! I do have a strange question thought, I noticed your shelving unit you have your tank on. The reason I ask is because I have the same kind of unit at my house, I always wanted to put my tank on it but it is kind of held together by gravity and a piece of plastic wedged in it. Are these shelves the same? If so have you done anything different to them or am I just overlooking the overall strength of them?

My 30 gallon tank is quite away from the kitchen tap. Life would be so much easier than using buckets for water changes IIIIIIIF I could find a hose/tap connector that actually fits. Hey ho...........such is life... Always love watching your videos because you are so funny with the way you talk to your fish. I find it endearing.

Hi MD, do you have a video where you explain the “nasties” developing underneath sand in detail and how to prevent it? I’ve seen you use crushed lava rock a couple of times, but I don’t really understand how the science works. I’ve been trying to make a Walstad tank with really coarse sand for my cap and I keep running into sulfur issues.

Is the light dimmed down? I just don’t understand how you avoid algae problems with that light intensity and duration with minimal ferts. Beautiful tank, one of the best yet.
