This video is very special and informative, because very few people present the content with perfection and you have done it really nice, the presentation is simple and clear. Thank you Sir. Very unfortunate that we don't have any supplements of Magnesium in the drug store (except oxide form) and have to depend on online shopping, which I do in the last few years. There are ofcourse some STRANGE combinations in very rare medical shops in selected places as most practitioners do not prescribe magnesium. Thank you once again for this great video presentation.
