(രാവിലെ / വൈകുന്നേരം ) സാധാരണ ഇടനേരങ്ങളിൽ സ്നാക്സ് കഴിക്കുന്നതിനു പകരം ഒരു ബൗളിൽ ഒരു ഗ്ലാസ് തിളപ്പിച്ച പാൽ എടുത്ത് അതിൽ ഒരു പിടി അവൽ ഇട്ട് 3 spoon പഞ്ചസാര (നിങ്ങൾക്ക് എത്ര മധുരം വേണമോ ..അത്രയും ചേർക്കാം. ) എന്നിട്ട് ഇളക്കി അവൽ കുതിരാൻ കുറച്ചു സമയം വയ്ക്കുക. ചൂടു പാൽ ആണെങ്കിൽ വേഗം കുതിരും. എന്നിട്ട് കഴിക്കുക. ദിവസവും ഈ 3 ആഹാരങ്ങളും കഴിക്കുക. വേഗത്തിൽ റിസൽട്ട് കിട്ടും. ഗോതമ്പ് പൊടി പാലിൽ ചേർത്തു കാച്ചിയത് , മുത്താറി അരച്ച് പാലിൽ കാച്ചിയത് , റവ പാലിൽ കാച്ചിയത് ഇതെല്ലാം മുഖത്ത് തുടുപ്പും ശരീരവണ്ണവും കൂട്ടുന്ന നല്ല ആഹാരമാണ് .... ഇതെല്ലാം ആഹാരത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് നല്ലതാണ്.
