I was checking out the Sabre in Forzavista and you can change the speedometers from the big screen to the small screen and it'll stay like that in freeroam and you can go back and change it whenever you want.

The McLaren Sabre customization is actually pretty decent in my opinion, especially the paint group options so you can create your own spec McLaren Sabre.
