On parasocial relationships: I think in a lot of ways, streaming is something that thrives on the concept of both the streamer and the audience being attached to each other! I am also so happy you took the time to talk about your side of this experience because it really provides even us as your viewers with perspective!! But i would suggest creating a bubble space in your mind where you describe your viewers as a comfort space rather than friends- like people at work who make you feel comfortable and you know things about them but they're not really your friend kind of way I guess? i might be very wrong but I do this with acquaintances and it really helps me :D

Editor-san is the most giga of all chads. The video was great, but the editing made it a masterpiece, especially the character mergers.

I know combining the characters was just a joke, but now I think a mechanic where you can temporarily fuse them together for some kind of compound elemental burst attack would be pretty neat.

The most important things to have with parasocial relationships is self-awareness and boundaries. If you have those, I don't think parasocial relationships are a big deal. Also Atsu, I've found you're quite different to other streamers in that you do seem to genuinely know the people in your community so I feel there's less of a parasocial thing going on. Usually with other streamers it's completely one-sided. I appreciate that you acknowledge your side in the parasocial relationship. A lot of streamers/CCs blame their viewers alone and refuse to acknowledge their part in fostering such a relationship. As a viewer we spend hours with a streamer as they play games in their room and share parts of their life with us. Of course we're going to feel like we know you.

What if we get a character with absolute garbage base-stats, but they scale with everything, meaning we want all the flat stats? What if healing bonus is then multiplied by 10 and acts as a total dmg multiplier? What if they have a passive that makes traveling doctor set give you +500% crit-dmg?

I like this editing✨ I usually watch such videos at the background but this one I was watching with interest and laughing all the time!

on parasocial relationships: the power dynamic can certainly be awkward to navigate around esp during face-to-face interactions between the streamer and the fans. but personally, i think it's a good natural way to set boundaries with people who are essentially strangers with commonalities. eventually, when we interact more (streamer-to-fan or fan-to-fan) those boundaries can naturally dissipate as we build a more meaningful relationship beyond being a streamer or being a fan. and picking up on online mannerisms/vibe and matching it to real life is not as awkward or weird as you think! i think it's natural to do so because ppl do the same in real life anyway. what matters most is that you (and other ppl you meet) have fun and genuinely enjoy each other's company no matter how fleeting it is. those memories are much more important to notice :D

Imagine watching this, going on the daily grind for Ganyu's Artifacts and then getting the same luck like the scammer with a flower with 32.6 Crit DMG and 7.4 Crit Rate

What if mihoyo adds a new artifact category special only for the traveler that expands the inventory space of everything including artifact space and weapon space and after maxing that special artifact your inventory space is double the space or maybe triple but to get that artifact for the first time you need to use the artifact strongbox a 100 single times/300 artifacts sacrificed

My first 5* Eula piece that I got from a domain was an ATK circlet with 35% crit damage and 7% crit rate, other stats are HP% and ER. Pretty damn lucky, I just hopium that I get as lucky on the rest
