I used to make this type of gluten free cake almost 5 years. Now.. And uses almost all type of cake base with this..😊... I used to add little bit vinegar or lemon juice for merangue prep. And 2 tsp of corn flour with rice flour... For better texture..

Please don't try this! I tried this with the same exact measurement and it came out looking like a boiled potato. I don't understand how a cake can rise without Baking soda or Baking powder but I still tried this recipe and it was a complete waste of my time and money.
