Song may be Indian. But India always uses urdu in their songs cus of the poetry urdu has..Urdu is the language of love and poetry. HINDI variants of certain words won't be suitable for a song like this. India and Pakistan with Arab fusion🤟🤟

I am an india, and from A state called Kerala, our language is Malayalam ! It is the most difficult language in india especially pronunciation!! But Sreya as not a keralite brilliantly sings like malayalam singer!!! She is an extraordinary singer in world!!!
