2 kg chicken 2 spoon jeera 2 spoon bari saunf 2 spoon coriander 1/2 zaifal 1 spoon long 1 spoon kali mirchi 1 spoon hari elaichi 4-5 kaali elaichi 4-5 phool 1 spoon jevatri 1 spoon dal chini 4 pipri Dagri phool 1 spoon 1 spoon dried rose petals Grind into a fine powder Add the ground powder 2 spoonful 2 spoons red chili powder 2 spoons dhaniya powder 1/2 spoon haldi 1 spoon tandoori masala Salt as per taste 2 spoonfuls ginger garlic paste Food color optional 1 big lemon juice 2 drops kewda essence Add 2 spoonfuls oil Mix really well Add few drop of water and make a thick paste Coat the chicken very well Let it marinate and fry the chicken Bake in the oven 2 kg rice soaked 10 spoon oil 5 medium onions sliced 7-8 green chilies 2 spoonfuls ginger garlic paste 1 spoon lal mirch 1 spoon dhaniya 1/2 spoon haldi Salt 1 spoonful Add some water 2 spoonfuls Mandi masala Add 4 litres of water for 2 kgs of rice Maggi cube 4 2 Dried lemons 1-2 drops kewda essence
