Here’s how I think each the arrangement meeting went: “So, guys, what kind of range are we expecting for the lead line in your songs?” Tomi: “Thick and bassy the whole way, this is the evil bass anthem.” Peter: “I’m gonna stay a little higher, I’ve got the pipes to fit the character.” Bobby: “I’m gonna really showcase my higher register, break the mold a bit.” “What about you Marwan? Guys! This is amazing-the video is top notch, sound is beyond awesome, and Marwan! That arrangement! And of course the vocals smash it. So worth the wait (but don’t make us wait so long again!!)! Peter you really have to do a reaction/analysis. I want to hear your behind the scenes comments!

Subharmonic are quite really are easy to do once you've had some warmup and experience and your throat isn't dry. Source: can do them and took me very little time to learn how to.

okay so this video very randomly came up on my suggested so gave it a listen as i havent heard this song since i was a kid.. i dont know anyones name but the black haired dude whos doing what i assume is lead vocals... is he some sort of mutant who has replaced his innards with vocal chords? how the hell does he go from grumbling demon to that mad high pitch men can only usually do when kicked in the nards? absolutely incredible!

The black haired mutant is Marwan Ayman, a 20 year old (19 when this video was made) Egyptian bass singer. He also arranged this song. The original plan was for the whole group to meet in the Czech Republic but Marwan's visa was refused so his bit was filmed in the Sahara desert. Marwan also has a solo channel that is well worth exploring.

I don't accept any other version of this song anymore, this is way too good. I made the loudest gasp when I saw it would be premiering, and my already high expectations were still blown out of the water!!! I'm so happy to see Marwan have such a huge focus in this one, he absolutely killed it and there's so many amazing things happening in the background from the other guys

Something I'm honestly impressed about (besides all of your ridiculous vocal ranges and talents) is that I can hear parts of every official version of Arabian Nights that Disney has released in this cover. I'd consider myself a great Disney fanatic and ESPECIALLY a major Disney Aladdin fanatic so, along with hearing your own original lyrics sprinkled throughout, I was incredibly overjoyed to hear more than just the original animated version (as I could recognize lyrics used in the Arabian Nights used in Return of Jafar, the ending of the Arabian Nights used in Aladdin and the King of Thieves, and even the musical part of the melody cut from the first film's version that you can hear in Howard Ashman's original renditions as well as the Broadway version found at 2:21). I fucking LOVE when people go above and beyond create the best out of everything out there! Fantastic research, fantastic editing, fantastic visuals, fantastic singing, and fantastic dedication to making this cover stand out among the rest while also improving the original in every way!!

Good observations. I was trying to figure out where the other lyrics were coming from. I knew about the bit from the end of the King of Thieves, couldn't remember if Return of Jafar had other lyrics at all, thought I remembered there being somewhat different lyrics in the demo versions, and didn't know if the Broadway version had other lyrics.

Wow this is phenomenal y'all, this exceeded my expectations by so much. Marwan's voice fits this song beautifully and the video is so stunning. I already commented on the early access version but I‘ll say it again. This is just crazyness!!! Such a creative arrangement and it‘s incredibly cool to see y‘all being right next to each other in person (except for Marwan). But that didn’t make it any worse… I love how you were able to make it all work despite filming in two different countries. Truly remarkable. This is a phenomenal start for volume 3 and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for us next! (I‘m not listening to the songs on Apple Music until I‘ve seen the music videos for the first time) I can just say it again, this is incredible! Huge props to everyone involved! I‘m so glad that I‘m now supporting this greatness on Patreon!
