The ambiance of this video is amaaazing 💙💜 Those Arabic coffee cups, the sweets, the music, the bottles. I feel like I am on a visit. The roomsprays are really good but very strong. 4 sprays is the maximum in a house. I own 2 bottles for years now. Because of your video I ordered Ameer Al Oudh, which I am looking for since 2014, Qaa'ed and the gorgeous Sheikh Shuyukh. I hope you review your purchases. Stunning presentation with amazing collectable packaging, just bought my first Chanel perfume, packaging will end up in the recycling bin, the bottle is very simple. The attention to details in this perfume and scents videos is inspiring. I really wish the Arab shops I visit in Edinburgh would stock this products, I love Oud.

I saw a KZfaqr who once said she uses the room fresheners to spray on her clothes before spraying perfume. It’s a way to freshen the clothes. I love purchasing Arabic fragrances and oils. You smell so good for a fraction👌🏾

i was definitely inspired to begin building by collection (a tiny one, maybe not more than 10), i have five at the moment with only two i really like. i prefer more woody, balsamic notes so i was going to go with arab perfumes because i knew i would like them. raghba and nakahat al oud by lattafa were already in my cart but to see that you liked them pleased me as well. your nose and exotic scent's nose are the only ones i trust. i'll definitely be referencing this video in the future when i want to buy more.

what a great video an d a great inspiration too. At the moment I am into arabic perfume oils! they work very well on my skin, so I'll try to get more of these. I always wanted to test Sultan and so many other interesting oils from Rasasi and Al Haramain. Today I am wearing Arba Wardat a nice floral-woody-musky scent that is not to dense or sweet for warm summer temperatures today in Germany

Greetings from a very hot & humid Texas. Enjoyed this video/blog. I am slowly acquiring some Arabic oils. I actually own Swiss Arabians Jannett el Firdous oil and love it.

I swear these shops look the same all over the world 😄. Here in the Netherlands and Belgium they are the same only smaller. Love them! They also sell books, perfumes, abayas and so on... The collection of this shop is enormous compared to where I live. I could live in these shops ❤️❤️❤️

you are so lucky to have such a large variety of perfumes in that store being in a western country. we got arabic perfumes but limited selection to sample. My biggest take away was beginning- Al Rehab pocket size fragrances - great for travel and the mini incense burner. Seems like you cant go wrong if it's from Lattafa, Ajmal or Al Haramain. I would need to smell it before deciding.

that was awesome.... acutally some of them i can find online in my country.... We also have a lot of Lattafa, but except for Raghba no much of the others you have mentioned.... I will rewatch your video and make notes. And then get samples :) I own white musk form Al Rehab, which i love, and Luzane also from Al Rehab which is a dupe for Clinique Happy. I will need to try more :).

I got one really extravagant bottle back in my teens from an aunt who visited Egypt it had rose jasmine musk amber oudh it was a very pale brown and when I would wear it to school the girls use to sit really close to me and I use to get compliments from everyone I just walk pass. It smelt so different from my classmates perfume (axe) ect which was suffocating to other people's noses.

@Ami Loves Perfume Hi Ami, I'm aware of the fact this is quite an old video, but just discovered you and just had to watch this! I'm sooooo jealous you have such a store close-by. I'm so flabbergasted I've not been able to find one in my city or in Amsterdam (I live in Haarlem, The Netherlands and my particular neighbourhood has a very high % of Middle Eastern residents and other Arabic speakers). Personally I would've walked out of that store with a month's rent worth of oils and perfumes. 😅 I thought it funny that you kept picking up the bottles that I gravitated towards as well. Both with the oils and the regular perfumes. Btw, I hope you've discovered the Gold version of Jazzab by now! Jazzab Gold by Ard Al Zaafaran is one of my favourite fragrances. Such a shame Dirham Wardi wasn't in the Dirham line - the pink bottle. Very pretty feminine fragrance for the warmer months in Northwestern Europe. I've recently discovered a German webshop that, despite the high shipping costs, is pretty much always cheaper than 90% of everything in my own country. And as I'm watching this video I see you recommend a few perfumes that I was wondering about on there (absolutely getting Dhahab!). I guess that month's rent is getting spent after all 😂😂😂. Also thanks for the Red Rose (Al Rehab) mention! Kenzo Flower used to be a signature for me aaaages ago and I've been dying to see if I still like it. The Al Rehab will be a cheap way to test that out. I'm going to watch this video a second time so I can write down all your recommendations. I've no idea if most of them will be available in The Netherlands or Germany, since 70% are in the never heard of category, but I can always try. I also wonder if the Raghba Wood Intense is reformulated recently, since you tried it there. Bought it because I adore Raghba classic, but it's ugh-blegh 😢. I *only* get very harsh, strong synthetic woody notes, with the Oudh and Guaiac the heaviest, and zero sweet accords. I like wood scents, but not this one. And without anything to soften it up...pff. It's definitely an epic blind buy fail. Thanks for this wonderful video. I could watch stuff like this for hours!❤ I've subscribed and hope to see more lovely perfume videos, while also learning how to pronounce the Arabic (my Dutch G's will come in handy 😅).

I often go to the city called Choufu, Tokyo, which is near my town. And Choufu is the host town of Saudi Arabia for Tokyo Olympics in 2020. Thank you so much again.

I am guilty of buying Arabic perfumes just for the bottles 😍

The fun fact is, people of saudi arabia doesnt even buy al rehab. Only pilgrims and tourists buy them. Men buy expensive ouds from a higher end shops, and women are more interested to buy designer brand. Oils and ouds are considered too outdated with younger generations. They might own a couple oils but i rarely find them talk about it, at least in my circle.

I love Dirham Wardi by Ard Al Zafaran! It's like 3/4 Jo Malone Velvet Rose and Oud and 1/4 PDM Delina to my nose.
