Who cut the onion. Makes me really miss my mom Rahimahullah. Alhamdulillah i can take care of her until she died because of breast cancer 2 years ago. I led her to do syahada before she close her eyes forever. All the things she taught me, makes me always be grateful of what Allah gave me to live my life. Love you mom...

I'm guessing the son was involved in some bad things in the city. I doubt he had a family and a job like he told his mother. Maybe he didn't want his mother to see his struggles. At least, that is what happens very often here in India, villagers who have very little move to the city with very unrealistic dreams and expectations, and end up living a life of poverty, sadness and lying to their relatives back home
