You make sujud if you are reciting or praying (individually or in common)

Why are there some reciters that when making qalqalah they make it a dhuma sound? Surat Ala, ayat which means "we made you recite so you won't forget, If Allah Wills. Mahmoud Ali Al Bana, Minisawi, and some others? They do this in other verses also when a nun with dhuma is in front of the Qaf, making it nuqu.

I think there was an ayah from Surah Alaq, may be the last ayah which was an Ayah of Sujood. Do we everyone has to prostrate now after we have heard that he read the ayah.

No you only prostrate when you hear it live and you are in that particular gathering

No, you do so in prayer when you hear it from the imam, and you also do sujud when you read it yourself. Generally the sajda in the Quran is a sunnah, and is not fard. It was reported that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم skipped it once, and his Khalifaah Omar ibn al-khattab رضي الله عنه و ارضاه has skipped it once too. Though, it is definitely better to do it of course.
