The Muslim Scholars who have the ability to advise the Muslim leaders, they can take the Muslim leaders by the hand and advise them secretly. Weather the Muslim leader accepts or rejects the advice of the Muslim scholar is thier choice. This is how our Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him advised us on dealing with our Muslim leaders. Rebelling against Muslim leaders causes more harm to all the Muslims. Blood shed,, division, a far worse situation after the leader is removed more fitna and so on. The command Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him gave us specifically about how to deal with Muslim leaders should be clearly stated in this video and any other article or video that talks about Muslim leaders. Doing so may prevent Muslims from rebelling and fighting Muslims causing further harm to the Ummah and to themselves in the grave. Allah knows best.
