The Jubilee event is coming to a close. If you have not already, be sure to grab this free legendary mount, the Neverwinter's Hand! It has a very special insignia bonus, Tacticians Precision! Only 3 mounts currently exist with it, either very expensive or no longer available. This insignia bonus is a game changer particularly in Endgame content because it allows you to on most classes get a full second set of encounters out increasing your damage output massively! On Rogue it is upwards of a 26% overall increase!

Even though Cleric and Bard don't really benefit from Tactician's, there's a lot of good Insignia Bonus options on that hand. It's totally worth getting on every character you actually play.

I thought they would put it in the zen market, I'd appreciate getting it on all characters, but not to the point of farming the event ad nauseum on characters I'll barely touch. Hell I barely play the game at all lately

I can't tell what it really does besides the shield. I've had it on my cleric for awhile now, I must've gotten it last year idk. It's the only way the cleric can shield anyone so I use it.

This event was great. Went from 55K to 61K as I was getting Mounts, Companions, and Insignia Upgrades Squash Soup was selling at 1000 AD each up to now too. Grabbed plenty of upgrade tokens with leftover supplies!

I'm probably going to sound dumb, but how do you access the testing area in the lodge in the enclave? It let me do it for the adventure's quest, but when i tried it recently, it wouldn't even let ke access or click on the orb in the main room. I'm on Xbox though, maybe its different than PC. Did get my hand though! 😊

this is the Dragonfire belt item. If you wear fashion it is hidden. You have to wear your armor

Hmmm...I got a couple of the Neverwinter's Hand mounts last year for my Healers to give them Trainer's Restoration (I think that's what it's called) for increased healing. Was that a wise choice?

Do all non identical artifacts stack? I’ve always had issue with artifacts calls because as a tank and healer i really don’t care about dmg. I use mine to heal or increase def or stun. I never use them in calls when dps want more dmg cus I always end up getting screwed immediately after

nearly all artifacts that are not the same stack, there are some exceptions like: Halaster's / Xeleth's Blast Scepter Token of Chromatic / Beacon of Meteor Lantern / Spelljammer

EDIT: I actually dont think this one can stack, tried 2 and the number did not increase. I believe its 50% less effective each time. So 2 Tactitions would be 7.5 Seconds, and 3 would be like 8.66 seconds.

Yes 3 would be -8.66s at best on cooldowns. Usually not worth 3 of them, but depends on class.

Once everyone has farmed it on 40 or 50 Alts, they will nerf it to 2 seconds, like Artificer's Persuasion. {:o:O:}

Considering it does less enc dps than bard, about the same as arbiter and is only slightly above every other class, I'd say it's in a pretty good spot.

@magdalenavalentinastegaru8531 weird, I'm an hr main and am very competitive with wks in all content besides aoe which is the only thing truly busted about the class. But the numbers don't lie, go check the enc dps tests. I believe wk was around 1.6mil about the same as arbiter and bard was around 1.7mil, then wizard/hunter/barb/fighter around 1.4mil.

@magdalenavalentinastegaru8531 yup nw and just so happens the numbers were posted by aragon in previous videos. The only numbers that were off were warden at a high 1.3mil and barb around the same. Not saying the tests were 100% accurate and can use the arbiter as an example of such but they definitely can differ depending on skill. Wk is just the easiest hard hitting class to play and that's why everyone's on the rogue hate train lately, other classes need buffs to match rogue, arbiter and bards.
