Matthew wasn't supposed to draw the four cards with skull clamp because the goblins had +1/+1 until the end of the turn 😂 I'd call that a DQ

What a game!! The player targeting is quite understandable match-up wise. Seeing 2 mono red decks in action was really impressive, pressuring the control deck to answer threat after threat. Such a 'balanced' format Commander is!

Great game. Sarulf looks very interesting to brew around. I am curious if Esmond could have won if he had used Boseiju Channel ability earlier. Would like to see you run this deck again. Matthew yes it seems like you pick on Esmond until his deck takes off and everyone thinks he should have been attacked earlier. 😆

after watching a bunch of videos i have realized that if esmond plays any kind of boardwipe mana the whole table will start saying "esmond is the problem/ threat" and attack him. The solution if have come up with? Play monogreen and cast ezuri's predation when it is least expected.

Why did esmond play a 2 mana card at the start with only 1 mana open ? Yavinmaya doesn't produce mana,it just makes everything a forest in addition,for things like forest walk or to turn basic lands into dual lands

From Gatherer: Yavimaya's ability causes each land on the battlefield to have the land type Forest. Any land that's a Forest has the ability “Tap: Add Green.” Nothing else changes about those lands, including their names, other subtypes, and whether they're legendary, basic, or snow.
