I have listened to several defilement cases an I believe defilement law should be revisited. I pity these young bloods, jailed for that long. This is not right. A 19 year old is not completely mature! I have watched old men over 60s jailed on the same. They deserve but the jail term for a youth and an elderly person should no way be the same!!

Kenyan laws are primitive. Children are maturing faster than 18years. Young people's lives should not be wasted like this, there should be more to consider than age. The mother was very sure of the outcome and had the guts to ask for 100k from each of the boys. Most likely the girl did not go back to school.
