ARB Tred Pro's: Unboxing, Testing, Destruction?

4 жыл бұрынTesting the new ARB Tred Pro's to see how well they work. We also unbox the Tred Recovery Boards to see what they look like after receiving our order from Amazon. These Tred Pro's cost a little over $280 for a pair when we purchased them before the current world pandemic. You can probably buy them cheaper now. We try using them in some sand dunes, and then see how they fair against a 9000 pound diesel truck as a ramp. We double stacked them in this test. Next time we will see how they do individually.

Well... I didn't really learn anything from this video. Had to skip through 95% of it to get to what I was hoping was a thorough review... Not much info here, except that I now know I can use them with my Cummins.

Did you get any cracking in the boards with the weight of the diesel on there? They actually held up better than I thought they would.

No, no cracking at all, they seem pretty strong. I was scared to try them out, but they held up, didn't even break off one of the teeth.

What kind of rear mount do you have installed? I saw the antenna mounted to it

I've never had any maxtrax. But these things have held up very well for the last few years. I finally cracked one, using it as a ramp up some really big boulders when I had the Land Cruiser.
