Very nice recipe chef! But my mom’s is the best sorry. Every newbie visiting our home converted to her style because it is so good. She pressure cooked arbis which removed the acidity and makes them safe, easy and fast to peel. Then squash each between your palms and place them in a tempering of rai, methi, jeera, owa, hing, halad, tikhat, meeth, a few methi leaves and in an even layer. They have to be browned crisp, cooked slowly, crisping up beautifully. Heavenly with varan bhat.

Kunal ji....m kal aapki ye video dekhi..or aaj same way se Arbi banayi...banane m bahut jayada time laga.(peeling, cutting, cooking without lid)...but bahut hi achi bani...mujhe kabhi bhi arbi pasand nahi thi..but aaj k baad lagta hai ki iss recipe ki Arbi favrouite ho jayegi.. :) Thank you so much.

❤Arbi shd be dry otherwise sticky. Don't cover the arbi , else sticky. 6:50 Add onions when 70-80% cooked. Chat masala Add a lot of fresh coriander when cooked.
