I built this off a lesser reincarnation so I haven't actually leveled it. However I recommend running it as a repeater build until level 12 with spell back up. until level 12 it is hard to have enough SLA's and metamagics to really work as a pure caster. Feywild stuff is good at 5, add a 5 piece IOD at 7 but keep at least 4 set of fey. Ruin arms: Strinatti's hand cannon (5), Old Ironsides (7), then the heroic versions of the final build will carry you to end game

oh and one more thing, in my most recent version I have replaced wellspring of power with Burst of glacial wrath and I really like having the extra CC

nah, this is a different game. this is DDO (Dungeons and Dragons Online) not Neverwinter.
