Arcade Game Top Cover - Free Forming at Bo-Mer Plastics

2 жыл бұрынIn this video, we walk you through how we produce a clear cover for an arcade game. You may have seen these covers in action if you have been to an arcade, such as Dave and Busters. To produce these covers, we use a process called Free Forming, along with our CNC 5-axis capabilities.

I have to say that is one of the coolest processes i have ever seen!! I cant imagine the trial and error that went into getting that 'bubble' to end up like that!!

The forming temperature depends on the starting gauge of the material as well as the process used to form the part.
