True everytime mentioning rhythm game in public or even in talent show not much ppl actually acknowledge how hard it is to actually play the game and how time consuming it was to get good at the game especially if someone is new to rhythm games. Most of my friend that doesnt play rhythm game only see it as "clicking game". Even though u show them playing any hardest level or any kind of thing we considered as HARD, they would just think of it as "aw dang that is hard" in a chill tone and nothing else. But only when i brought them to play it (let's say arcade taiko no tatsujin), only then they acknowledge how hard it is for them to touch even the lowest diff while i'm playing a higher diff than them. So yeah rhythm game is just that underappreciated until they tried it themselves xD

@@nabedesu7708 I think it's one of those things that are just impossible to understand when people don't have firsthand experience with it. We can recognize different patterns and appreciate how difficult they are because we've had to practice them for hours, but to someone who doesn't play rhythm games it all just blurs together into notespam. Usually the comments I get from friends when they see me play at an arcade is "I can't even tell what's happening" and I remember feeling the same way when I first started playing rhythm games. It's something I've thought about kind of a lot. I wish there was a way to make it more relatable for people who don't play rhythm games but I'm not sure it's possible. Even with a really good commentator, things happen so quickly in rhythm games I'm not sure they could really explain what people were seeing in a meaningful way.

This kind of talent show is not very popular since most everyone rather playing MOBA or MMORPG than Rhythm Games, especially when the difficulty of it is kinda outreach

@@Zaaviier it’s like, introducing Arcaea was just a side focus of the show, especially when people never heard of it, People will take difficult charts into one same thing as notes are falling like rain. The point to the impression is that players managed to catch all the notes flying towards the judgment section like stormy rains. All thanks to the narrator who specifies the characteristics of Arcaea to help audience grab understandings to know how actually hard it is In contrast if we pick specifically hard songs like BYD Tempest or Testify it gives out the same effect unless the player crashes the run which negatively impressed the audience, the chance of failing is agreeably high so no one wants to take the risk
