Oh Goddesses. The times that I would load up this game and get to a battle scene, then just knock out. This game was my calm down game. You never forget your favorite SNES game.

Haha, I did that with Brandish. The game was a rotating dungeon headache, but the music was divine.

@@venomtang Fair enough. It's your opinion. I grew up with all of them and they all have a special place in my heart. It was good to see this upload because while not necessarily the "best", it definitely brings out some of the best memories of my childhood. Some of my fave music is Turtles in Time and Seret of Mana. But you're right, there are so many others.

@@dogg-paws I'll have to listen again, but basically, as I work I listen to game soundtracks most of the day, some I've heard many times, some in compilations. Now, normally I can happily keep working listening to the ost music in the bg, but this one, not sure why but after songs continually not really entertaining me I had to stop it and put something else. in truth I only heard the first 20 mins, I can give another listen at some point and give a more concrete answer

I think both composers created music for Kirby as well. There's the Kirby touch, you can definetly tell. Same for the Alcahest OST composed by Jun Ishikawa.

LOL.. Anyone remember top of the tower? Beat boss, running out of items, then find out you gotta climb tower again or whatever and you're doing it on life support but still manage to make it cause it would suck to climb the tower twice again? :D Great Soundtrack, decent story.. Overall fun game!! Also, it may have turned me into a good poker player since I was young when I became (The Card Master) :)

Well yeah, this and Draven's Valley are the best by far. Probably some of the best music ever made for SNES.

Always loved the boss music. And how it shared some similarities to the normal combat music. Kinda like the original metal gear solid. You can hear the original encounter music in the boss music and the “escape” theme.

Thank you so much for uploading this. This game is thirty years old now and has a Quality of Life mod called Seal of Rimsala. Which is wild to me. We could have lived without 31:06. But I'm glad you put it here... kind of.

30 year anniversary is a great time to get it done. Look up Seal of Rimsala for the Modded Version. A lot of quality of life changes.

I hate the Hermit. Beating the fight after was a pain. However, end credits song felt great.

24:34 is always my first choice. So much strangeness in it, it full of magic. And the melody pass from sad to happy in a clap of hands. That being said, the ending song is indeed wonderful
