I had a meeting with Riot in 2017. They talked about that they wanted to turn LoL into pop culture like Star Wars or Marvel. Back then I thought „Sure, you have a popular game, but you‘d need some really good story telling“. Boy did I underestimate them. In my wildest dreams I never would have expected THIS. Nothing released on screen in the last 10 years, movie or show, even comes close to Arcane. Visuals, music and most important the script are simply on another level. Absolute must-watch.

I am not a big gamer, and I don't care for League whatsoever, but this was genuinely one of the best shows I've seen in years. A buddy recommended it and it was absolutely fantastic.

I just finished season one. Arcane is the most impressive animated content I've experienced and it's better than most live action shows.

Absolutely incredible. Riot Games, you have completely shifted the bar. Arcane is an utter masterwork. The animation, the character building, the world building, score, story, voice acting, it's all breathtaking. Never let go of whatever standard you set for yourselves while creating this. I've never experienced anything like it. And not for nothing, THANK YOU for putting women on the screen in the way that you have: real, human, flawed, dynamic, unique women that are powerful drivers of plot, each in their own way. Nobody felt like a token. Every character had merit. My sister suggested the show to me and she was so excited. She also has a disability and was thrilled to see representation onscreen. This kind of content is really meaningful. Thank you for the care you've taken! Keep it up!

I will be honest.. I watched anime, disney/pixar movies and best of the best movies played by best actors. I'm also in love with movies like BladeRunner 2049 , Dune, Interstellar (mostly stunning visual movies) but I have never seen something as good as this series. After I watched episode 3 I was blown away .. animation, voice acting, the raw emotions and details. I knew this will get better throughout the whole series until the end. This deserves all the love in the world because it is made with love .

For an animated series to be made from such creativity, it needs to be something truly legendary. … And it is. It truly is. It is far more than a celebration of the game’s lore, it is a masterpiece. An in-depth exploration of the the triumphs and tragedies those who seek greatness are destined to face, and the consequences of what happens after they rise or fall. This is not just a great adaptation. This is an exemplary work of fiction. Keep up the good work, Riot. You did good. Real good. ☺️

I couldn't believe how amazing this show turned out to be. Masterful craftsmanship, there's so much soul and raw emotion put into this, it actually made me cry.

This show was such an incredible achievement. Well done. My hat is off to everyone involved. If anyone has not seen it, set aside whatever preconceptions you have and watch it. Genuinely feels like 'once in a generation' level of quality.

The art direction of this series is UNFUCKING BELIEVABLE. In fact, its so realistic, and beatiful, it surpasses realism. Amazing.

I love seeing those characters started up as average people with their own struggle, and slowly become great champions. It gave me chill when I saw vi boxing in prison. She is so cool.

Watched an episode on a Wim and 4 hours later I feel I've known the characters for year's! Everything about it has felt so real. The characters and art style is amazing. Better than most real life shows! Please someone recommend more things like this to me!! Loved the transition from children to young adults!

Masterpiece. This is, hands down, one of the best TV series of all time.

After watching it 3 times, it is truly the BEST show I have ever seen. The animating & voice acting is immaculate (especially Jinx's voice acting, they made her voice strained and psychotic at some times, but it doesn't feel offensive, just so on-point), the storylines are so in-depth, all the character's are amazing (I personally love Vi & Caitlyn, individually and as a ship

We've spent years playing some of these characters and to see their origins play out on screen in such a beautiful , emotional way brings tears to my eyes and chills down my back. Thank you, Riot. Excited is an understatement. This is going to be amazing. This is only the beginning of something much greater. I can feel it.

Caitlyn “She’s too far gone” Vi “I have to try” Makes my heart break for both of them, feels like Vi became a warden to save Jinx… not herself and Jinx is too corrupted to understand that Vi is trying to save her not jail her.

Because of shows like Arcane (animated series being 40+ minutes long.) I'm considering making my Harry Potter television series idea as an Animated Series.
