The pokemon arceus vs giratina is a legendary battle and the perfect giratina vs arceus pokemon rap battle matchup
The pokemon arceus, While it is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon, arceus will change type when it is holding a Plate or type-specific Z-Crystal. Like Darkrai and Shaymin before it, arceus was not officially recognized by Nintendo until February 14, 2009, the year of its debut movie. It was officially revealed to international audiences on August 3, 2009. arceus is known as "The Original One", as it is said that it created Sinnoh and Ransei, and possibly the entire Pokémon universe, along with the lake guardians and creation trio. It is the trio master of both the lake guardians and the creation trio.
The pokemon giratina, While it is not known to evolve to or from any other Pokémon, giratina has a second forme activated by giving giratina a Griseous Orb to hold, or while it is in its home, the Distortion World. Its original forme, Altered Forme, will then become Origin Forme. giratina's Origin Forme was officially revealed in early February 2008. giratina is the game mascot of Pokémon Platinum, appearing on the boxart in its Origin Forme. Along with Dialga and Palkia, it is a member of the creation trio of Sinnoh, representing antimatter.

One thing I like is that arceus mostly talks about the canon and how he's god while giratina goes full meta and mocks arceus' lack of importance in the games

Yeah I mean in lore , Arceus basically sent giratina to his room, FOREVER. On the other irl, giratina got a lot more importance being the mascot of a game and participating in plot. They both knew where to hit hard

It was an actual event for Pokémon platinum, you needed to bring your cartridge to toys r us to get the azure flute which unlocked the ability to fight arceus (arcoos) and in the same game you needed to travel through a dimension with shooting puzzles that was incredibly annoying to younger me

Official merchandise confirm Ar-Kay-Us is the English name while the Japanese pronunciation sounds like Ar-See-Us. Checked my pokedex book and the movie before commenting.

I love the different voices between the two forms of Garintaina. The Origin being firm but still assertive being more smooth then the other. The Altered being pure focused anger with a deep grumbling voice that’s demands fear and contempt.

Giratina for sure. Arceus had some good lines, but Giratina hit much harder. Plus, he came swinging hard right out of the gate; "Here the legend states that we are reverses. If that's the case then I shall have some good verses." Literal chills, which is quite fitting for Giratina.

This had some great disses on both sides, but what really put Arceus ahead for me is how it really sounded like a god lyrically ready to enact Judgement on a monster escaped from Hell, or in this case, the Distortion World. Giratina really only sounds like a monster breaking free in the first line. At the beginning, I'm listening to it and thinking "Holy shit, the god of Pokemon and the anti-god are about to square off in a battle to end the world!" And while Arceus is going on about how he's above Giratina, Giratina doesn't really show he's a monster on Arceus's level. And despite this criticism, I keep coming back to it. Honestly love this. I just wish it was more.
