When I had my first job during my college years (me, an international student who took a year off college in his home country to get a full-time job temporarily), I used to listen to this song every day during my commute back home. I was quite conflicted back then. . I really wanted to hold on to that job and feel the warmth of being accepted and loved by my coworkers. But at the same time, I knew that my days there were limited and I will have to get back to being a student again. There was someone there that I really liked and I knew for sure that it wouldn't work out at all because of my situation as a student. To ease that chronic pain back then, I used to listen to that song on daily basis. I promised myself that I wouldn't regret anything at all. To enjoy the moment and 'savor the bitter aftertaste ' was a goal of mine. On my last day of work, I said goodbye to everyone with a smile and a cheerful soul. Took pictures with everyone and made sure to tell everyone how I truly felt about them. Just as I left the building and I was walking down the street, this song came at the back of my head and I started crying uncontrollably. The lines "liar" specifically made me lose it. Kept on telling myself that it wasn't much of a big deal until this song reminded me how much I truly loved working there. Thank you arch-enemy, your song truly moved true emotions in me and brought me where I am today.

I have always liked Arch Enemy, but never really kept up with them after Angela left, well,...…..I saw them on tour with Amon Amarth This year and let me tell you Alissa is absolutely incredible, she commands the attention of everyone in the audience and owns the stage, she has so much energy and is just incredibly passionate about what she does, They were incredible live, to be honest Amon Amarth was headlining and I love them but for me Arch enemy stole the show, INCREDIBLE

This song has been my obsession and I've never liked this type of music before. Arch Enemy and Alissa are the best combo, her voice truly transforms the music into what it is and her expressions are true human emotions. She is an excellent performer and the band is just out of this world. Their skills are just amazing. Love this band.

Second song of Arch Enemy I clicked on. Not dissapointed. I heard her speak with her normal voice and I thought....she must go through so many rehearsals to pull the tone off. And also she must have a pantry full of tea and honey :))

My only problem is they restrict Alissa vocally and force her to sing to the tune of Angela. Alissa Has so much talent and they don't let her show it take the chains off and lets see what Alissa can bring instead of mimicking Angela.

Alissa has a better voice for Black Metal in my opinion, War Eternal is an amazing album.

Both singers are great,the band is awesome and deserve props because that's some great music. Any lady that can belt this stuff out deserves recognition because not many people can do it especially as clearly as Allisa and Angela while keeping it musical,most men can't even get close especially after hours of it.

It took me a while but now Im accepting the fact that she change band and loving the new AE album ... the only thing that I have difficulty is that with The Agonist we had a nice sets of researched lyrics ... but this album just excel with simplicity ... I've read on this and Angela chose Alissa herself as replacement and is still behind Arch enemy as manager.. personnaly i dont want to disslike that singer , she is beautiful and can sings just as close to Angela. Music evolves and so should we i guess.. i was also part of those who didn't accept Angela's stepping down of the band but her reasons are legit she needed more time with her family and try other things, its natural and i totally understand that... now thoese who dont accept should just keep on listening to their old songs in my opinion.. i did for a while and now im listening to their new stuff.. OFC it will never be Angela's perfect vocals.. but when you like a band you gotta accept changes. its hard but we can all do this... just accept it and deal with it.. i hope this helps you all *Accept* peace .

How could any woman be so beautiful and so powerful at the same time? She's so bad-ass that I think my head is going to explode. Don't get me wrong, the whole band is bad-ass, and the music is awesome, especially the neo-classical chorus. Still, she's mesmerizing.

This is exactly why women can serve on the front lines of our military, this band fills my heart with happiness and hope for metal in the future.
