Archaeology Sleep Stories - Ark of the Covenant, Copper Scroll, Order of Assassins (2 hours+ ASMR)

This soft spoken history and archaeology ASMR video is about:
- the Ark of the Covenant: I tell you about biblical accounts of the Ark of the Covenant, how the Hebrew Bible and Old Testament were elaborated, and the various legends or stories about what happened to it if it ever existed: this will take us from Mount Nebo and Babylon to the Hill of Tara in Ireland, Chartres in France, Egypt (this lead inspired the first Indiana Jones movie) or Ethiopia.
- the Copper Scroll: this artifact found among the Dead Sea Scrolls in the Judean Desert talks of a mysterious treasure that may have been retrieved by its owners or seized by the Romans if it was real.
- the Order of Assassins: from the time of the Crusades to the Mongol invasion in the XIIIth Century, this sect that was born from a schism in the Fatimid Caliphate managed to survive controling a string of strongholds in modern Iran and Persia, and they terrified their ennemies by proacticing infiltration and assassination.

I got really lucky. You were my first experience with ASMR aside from listening to rain or a crackling fire. Your voice is so soothing and your stories are interesting and inspiring (not that I get to hear them for long before falling asleep). The pace you speak at is perfect, your hand movements are calming, your accent is delightful and your annunciation is very clear. I have heard others since discovering you, but none compare. The Illuminati used these Assassins creed to create their organization. 1776, the year the Bavarian Illuminati was officially established. George Bush and Adam Weishaupt had some interesting commonalities. The one that stood out to me is their avid marijuana cultivation which was important to the Hassassins. I am going from memory. I think that is how it was spelled. 🤔

Absolutely fantastic. I've been working overnights the past few weeks, including last night, and I go to sleep to a playlist of your videos and wake up to the crackling fire 8 hours later. I could never sleep during the day like that until these. I've said it before, but you put in SO much more effort than the ASMR people who just randomly whisper and talk. There are also sleep stories, some read by Stephen Fry. Those are high quality. Yours are up there. I truly hope you reach a million or more subscribers because you deserve it. Thank you so much. I already fall asleep fast, but I really fall asleep fast listening to you. I have calmer dreams also. I have had terrible nightmares since as far back as I can remember. You have a gift.
