you're using the wrong dagger then. cast speed dagger is left hand only, so using that should replace your left hand(shield) not your right hand(katana/scepter)

cuz he uses drop back to eliminate the cast time . its a combo drop back +fireball is burst

Shield drops from the kraken, and he used to wear full serpentis gear, theres another video of megu in which hes wearing unique serpentis and still crushing everyone and the katana is the T6 obsidian so yeah you need 3 delphi salvaged and some rare materials from library/world bosses, but you need to craft from T1 aswell

Agreed. Definitely katana over scepter. Katana has + meele dmg, global cast time reduction while scepter has 100ish mag penetrarion and a lot less meele dmg.

You guys are also forgetting that the katana is full stam, while scepter also gives int. It's not much of course but that small amount of int + the magic penetration overall should give quite a magic boost compared to the dps of the katana.

No ranged crit dmg/chance only goes for archery/shadoeplay bow skills the dagger hes using is faust destiny a decent int/sta dagget that drops from normal astral ranger weapon purses
