Exactly right about the non 'feathering' 4 blade rear props , a Chinese clone tilts the rear props as well but is otherwise near identical . Joby flies the rear v tail mounted props in the propwash of the front inners which ought to be very noisy (in cruise mode) incidentally losing one tail prop blowing a v tail is potentially catastrophic since half a v tail is no tail at all from assymetrical forces not balancing (one v tail glider had loss of control from losing one side control connection) failure mode analysis can be exponential if interacting features are involved (like blade failure on Joby and Vertical VX 4 resulting in total loss)

An addendum - several evtols have featured stacked two blade props (giving four) then "clock" them to lie streamwise when stopped. This might apply to Archer, incidentally i find the asthetics a little disagreeable in that the front end looks like a 'bottom feeder' (manatee,dugong or catfish) with the fixed wheel fairing being reminiscent of the old DeHavilland Dove or other vintage aircraft and the main wheel stance looks like a Stegasaurus (even one relieving itself....)
