Hello Joao, nice to hear from you. I used to teach English to non-native speaking adults for a while, and I always recommended that they listen to the Archers! It's just a small dose every day, so most people can fit it in, and it is easy too as it is so engaging. And the range of accents and colloquialisms is a really good introduction to the variety of 'real spoken English'. Not to mention the cultural elements / attitudes etc. which I think are also very useful for an English language learner.
