Oh man, seeing the game vs. Cat Oven brought back some familiar vibes, and not the good kind. I hated playing against that combo when it was part of standard. Though I really enjoyed watching these games in Explorer. Have you tried out a Keruga Fires deck yet? I saw someone else playing with it, and it looked like a ton of fun!

At 35:30 I thought you might want to stay back and assemble the combo instead of killing supplier since they were dangerously close to comboing you before you beat them down. You would just need another land and for impulse/blood token to find the demon to win in 3 turns.

would it be any good to take this deck into sultai for access to elves and right rigging? seems interesting but I’m not sure if it gets any better

Having explored various Fight Rigging decks, I wouldn't try to fit in the Alteration package. The speed you get from the Elves and the creatures required to set up Fight Rigging are perfectly fine for winning the game with damage, so I would rather reinforce that plan instead of adding a different combo.

Hi great Video, I like the way your opponent just popped on their turn. I have a question about game 5, could you just keep the Harvester on the board and the Fatal Push and discard the Make Disappear, enable revolt by sacrificing the Harvester. My thinking comes down to Fatal Push being 1 Mana and Make Disappear not being able to counter the Greasefang without the Harvester in play anyways (if they can get rid of it for 1 Mana they would have enough to pay for Make Disappear) I really enjoy your content even if I barely play MTG myself anymore.

It's trying to mirror the paper format called Pioneer, basically a bunch of sets but doesn't go as far back as historic/modern does. Arena players like myself prefer explorer due to it not including the fake alchemy cards since wotc decided to ruin historic with them

Explorer is the Arena-exclusive format that is intended to one day match the Pioneer format. It has all sets that have been Standard-legal on Arena, plus bonus cards added by other means.

Because that copy actually enters the battlefield, which is different from Alteration where the creature is already in play.
