This is Season 1, Episode 16, directed by Hal Sutherland and produced by Norm Prescott, and Lou Scheimer, a multi-media film of the kids performing in front of a live audience, with them poking fun at movies (being interrupted before Betty's certain death), various slapstick jokes (thunderbolt theatre), music jokes (jukebox jokes), Ethel trying to capture Jughead, Reggie and Moose performing in a circus without a safety net, Betty daydreaming about Archie, and three songs, Little By Little, One Big Family (from the eighth episode) and Singing Guitar. This episode and the previous were set to their original video speed on the DVD, suggesting that someone tried to correct them all at the last second, or they managed to dig up the original film or videotape reels of the episodes.
This episode was included in the Archie's Funhouse Series DVD boxset from 2008.
