we have a house from the 70s with jalousies for windows. mas practical nga ang jalousy although challenge linisin ito.lalo pa may screen at grills. however, i agree that it is the best kind of window for our climate. i hope there is a way to improve fabricating these windows so that the the mechanism opening/closing the louvers can be discreet and placing the screen panels squarely over it will be possible.

Archi ed paano po yung safety features ng mga modern jalousie windows na available dito sa pinas? Yung lumang windows kasi sa old house namin nagloloosen up yung alloy na nagsesecure sa glass kaya umaalog at baka malaglag dahil hindi na din tight yung kapit.

Modern Louvered windows don’t look cheap and is not cheap now adays they use it as roof for their green house but it’s motorised louvered and it could also be a door either sliding or folding doors

Archi gud pm..nag message ajo sa messenger mo sa fb ..nag aask sana ako kung magkano magpa guhit ng bahay kase plano namin magpagawa ng house sa san jose batangas maybe next year.up and down more or less 240 to 250 sqm..prepared budget ko po is 8M..thanks

Sabi nya mas matibay pa rin ang aluminum pero mas maganda tingnan ang upvc pero mag tatarnish din pag luma na at matagal na.

Architect Ed, alam nyo ba kung ano ang nangyari sa construction ng bahay ni Von Ordona. at bakit sya hindi nabigyan ng advice ng architect at nakalusot ang panloloko ng contractor. usualy ba ano ba ang scope of work at duties and responsibilities ng architect

Hindi ko po masasagot ito kasi hindi ko po nabasa ang contract nila. Pero maling mali ang pagiiwan sa project. Pwedeng kasuhan ang contractor. Ang scope of works po ng architect ay depende din sa paguusapan nila ng client

@@ArchitectEd2021 may nabasa po ako na usualy daw 10 percent ang architects fee. kasama ba duon ang site visit or design lang ng bahay. kayo po pag may project kayo hindi nyo ba binibisita ang site para tignan kung nasusunod ang design and specification nyo ng bahay during construction
