Both of these underpinning assumptions are changing and will change as we are seeing a global system that was created after WWII to prevent and mitigate Global War that is in the midst of failing and AI is still only in its nascence with indications that it is already capable of autonomous reasoning and sentient reactionary perspectives. My initial response before watching this video? No. Just like AI generators can't figure out how many fingers a hand has, they won't be able to navigate the intricacies of even residential design. Sure, it might give the impression of it... and maybe the hand will have the right amount of fingers.
