except the fact that furina and focalors ARE the same person the only reason why furina acts different is because she has amnesia to who she really is. as the other half stated she cut herself in half. which basically means Focalors= Divinity, Memories and Furina has literally everything else. ALSO Edit:Focalors started as a fontainian Human b4 becoming the successor and getting all the responsibilities shoved to her. So Furina is basically focalors before she bacame the archon

I think the creator didn't mention any dialogue saying Furina isn't Focalors, but her human self Also about Focalors/Furina, she is in fact not a "Fontanian human" but more like an Oceanid who lives in Fontaine From the very start, she is a Egeria's Oceanid familiars that then by she and other Oceanid's wish, became human So it's actually like-- : Oceanid --> Oceanid-Human --> Ascend to divinity --> split half & half --> one dead divine/one alive human
