Very nice video, but a tip for putting that oil in the diff, you can use the same kind of pump that you would use to pump oil in a lower unit of a boat motor. The pump fits 1 quart bottles and it is easy to fill the differentials that way. Just keep a clean 1 quart bottle and clean the pump and your all set.

I've used automotive 5W30 synthetic oil in the engine every year for the past 14 years on my 2008 Arctic Cat and no problems. Another item to inspect/change is the CVT belt if automatic transmission.

I understand AC front diff. can be a “locker” if the shift arm is pushed all the way forward. To accomplish this one must modify the shift rod to lengthen it. Have you done this or better yet a video?

In mine has a locking diffential from the factory there is a lever on the right side of the handle bars that I flip to lock both front wheels. Sorry I don't have any info of the modifications you speak of but its sounds like fun.

Yes it happens they just stop working electronics and ATV's are a hard mix sometimes.
