The Arctic P14 SLIM, is it worth your time and money or is it just another P12 SLIM??? Let's find out.
What's up everyone, Erik here and welcome to hardware for gamers, for those of you who are new to the channel I review and test PC cases, CPU coolers, PC case fans, and graphics Cards. Great to see someone consistently covering fan performance. Hope you can cover more 140mm stuff in future, of particular interest would be: Arctic P14 Max, Thermalright TL-B14, TL-B14 Exterm and any of their TY-14 range.

Ordered a Zalman i6 case (black). I want to install fans under the video card. thin. What fan do you recommend to be quieter than the graphics card fans?

It looks okay. Seems to have good airflow, but I've never tested it so really not too sure if it is. The included fans could be super loud and not work well for all I know. Sorry I can't help much.

@@HardwareForGamers appreciate the help mate. Yeah my thoughts are pretty much the same. I'm just looking for a case as the case I'm using is quite old can't doesn't have good airflow. Thanks again.

Hello, I am looking for some quiet, performance fans, any suggestions? about 15 dollars per fan.

It really depends on the case being used. If the case has an open mesh front (no filters or thin filters) The Arctic F series or the pure wings 3 from Be Quiet are both good. If the case is closed off ( covered front or thick filters) the Arctic P series or thermalright B12 are good. Plus making sure to set up a fan curve using the motherboards uefi or an app like fan control is a good idea to keep things quiet.

So, the use case is the pretty popular Jonsbo N1 and N2 ITX NAS cases

Ish... There are quite a few SSF cases that support 140mm fans, but for a lot of those cases most of the locations that support 140mm fans are not limited by width (the profile) of the fan. some are, and that's when the P14 slim should/could be used.

@@HardwareForGamers I have yet to see the 140mm MAX fans here in the USA also. Those 120's though... Yeah baby! Look at my bald head/hair flowing! hahaha Good to see you're still around doing videos! I haven't been around much due to a thing called "Life". Cheers!~

@@bullyakker this "life" you speak of what is it it sounds scary... But in all seriousness things have been super busy here. Making videos is my quiet time. Wish I had more time to dedicate to it.

What is quiet time? LOL Got a newer and bigger house and yard, found lots of "aw crap!" things to fix.. the 25 year old moved back in. Working more hours plus doing part time tech support 3 nights a week. My idea of fun lately has been getting on youtube and falling asleep on the couch. lol
