actually in original album version it's not a guitar solo, it's singing of a guest musician (some girl with beautiful voice), Moren just transcribed it for guitar

...Garm was in more than one album. Vortex didn't join the band until later but was still involved in the project because pretty much everyone in the BM scene know each other and or are friends. The band was formed by Knut. He writes pretty much all the music and so Arcturus COULD continue without any of the band members other than Knut if he really desired.

Hellhammer is damn fast, but also very technical...now, you don't see this "technicality" very much on most of his bands, but you do see it (or heart it whatever) on his band "Winds"...and Neil Peart is awesome...
