Great review as always! My dad and I just finished a game of Normandy 44 and are about to start this game and this review makes me excited for it. I think I'll be the Germans as it seems to be the more interesting side.

I'd love to see a time-lapse of the board through a full campaign for one of these really large wargames.

there are many games I dislike or feel "meh" about, but I do I tend to review games I love; those that I do not like often get enough bad press that I am not needed to "warn" the public, but there are many good games to choose from, so I prefer to help with that burden of choice. Ardennes 44 is more complex. They are both excellent. If have one night available for gaming, I'd play FAB Bulge; if I have 2 weeks, Ardennes :)
