If you will note , You will see that the Women, who are waiting in line at the side, will step into the head of the line after the Men have completed the first circle. You can see this at 9:12, 13:38, 14:58, 19:26 etc, you will note that the Women are at the head of the dance

These are Chickasaw and Choctaw songs/dances. I guess this was recorded at Ardmore, Oklahoma in the Chickasaw nation. That's near where I live. We live in southeastern/southern Oklahoma but we come from Mississippi and Alabama mainly, but Chickasaws (my peeps) came from parts tennessee and kentucky too.
