This video series shows the journey that i took to design this machine in-house.
I can only answer very specific questions about the design or if you are working on something similar and need to figure out something.
This is not an open project so do not ask for any code or design files.
Also, this is not a commercial project and i do not have any intention of selling a machine, You can always buy a commercial machine with your money.

What kind of cutting blades did you use? And did you calculate the force/ torque required to cut the wire and then select the motor?

Blade that I have used is the same blade used in commercial wire cutting machines. I did not do the calculation for cutting force . 9kg servo that is used will provide enough force to cut through most of the wires.

I think calculating the required force might increase efficiency so it must be done btw the project ❤

Very cool! How will the ends get stripped? Are they already perforated (hard to see).

To strip first blade splices the insulation. Then blade opens and holds the insulation and motor pulls the wire. Both front and rear motors are indipendent so they can push and pull wire. Working is same as commercial machins.

@@TheRainHarvester For my small inhouse production i have to cut Ton of wire. Cutting by hand is a very tedious task so i designed this machine. I will not sell this machine, I always strive to design a professional-looking machine/thing even if i have no plans to sell it, It helps in learning lot of new things.
