Thanks dude. I’ll buy a box of the keep bars. I’m with you on the RX. I want to like them because they are clean. But…. Do a video on the best at home workout to gain muscle as an older person.

One of the biggest problems I have with protein bars is the nut content (especially almonds) as those are migraine triggers. My migraine symptoms kept getting worse and worse when I was paleo/keto and I didn't realize that it was the almonds doing it. Macadamia nuts seem to not be much of an issue. I'm curious about the ingredients in these bars and also the seed oil contents (canola, grape seed, sunflower, etc...). Thanks!

@@ToTheCoreMedia Almond flour and Sunflower oil - migraine and inflammation for me all in one place! Vegetable glycerin - is a sugar alcohol derived from plant oils (that caught my eye so looked it up). It is interesting all the stuff they pack into a little protein bar. Thanks!
