I really like these guys & all the excellent health they provide. But I couldn't take them taking my Lord's name in vain by 40:31 in. Too much for me. And they call themselves Christians. Oh Lord have Mercy on them I pray they stop the foul language in Jesus Name Amen 🙏 😢

As someone who has done a bodybuilding competition (nowhere near the experience as Adam) I would be lying to say the feeling of accomplishment at the end isn’t an amazing feeling and the look is really “cool” to experience, however, I LOVE the powerlifting advice opposed to the bodybuilding path. The bodybuilding path is 100% at some point not healthy at all during the prep and I have been in the place of the extreme 1200-1400 calories just to keep it moving. It takes so long to get back to the healthy place where you can eat 3k calories again and feel good without packing on body fat. Great show once again!

You guys are awesome. A wealth of experience, knowledge, and common sense is emparted through your podcasts. Social media is overwhelming for many of us with the amount of contradictory guidance, which eventually creates a real barrier in achieving the goals for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for simplifying and delivering the information this clearly and articulate for us, the average people who lack the gym or nutrition experience. Thanks to your advice, I started walking more, and I am trying to hit the protein intake whilst aiming to consume only whole foods. I do plan to transition into resistance training as well. Oh, I sleep so much better now ❤. To summarise, you guys are literally improving the quality of my life with every podcast. Keep up the amazing work and continue to educate.

I discovered you guys just a few weeks ago and I've found your podcast so helpful! A huge thank you for putting this out there. I keep looking at your different MAPS programs and can't decide where to begin. I'd really love to win one! I've never had a structured program. Today I just bounce between different lifts without much of a plan.

I agree with the thought that bodybuilding competitions can cause you to be obsessed with body image, diet and body dysmorphia. I am female age 61 and competed last year in bikini. My metabolism got all messed up, still trying to fix.I hope the day comes where I don’t feel so fanatical about body image and diet. You guys are amazing and give me hope 🙏🏻💪🏻.

EAAS intra workout can be beneficial but just hit your protein if your serious people! Appetite shouldn’t stop you from hitting .8 to 1 gram per pound of BW. Id recommend the types of food your eating if your having issues, vegetarians are the only ones i can see a legit reason for needing aminos

The answer is simple…no lol If you’re training fasted first thing in the AM EAAs are far superior to BCAAs and both are better than nothing IMO - add some electrolytes and dextrose to that and you’re off to the races If you’re eating 1.5-2 hours pre training then you’re good to go and don’t need anything else

About earth-friendly diets: First, it is factual that there are not enough resources on earth to let everyone live like Americans. Second, your protein recommendations are for building muscle, right? So if people aren't trying to grow, shouldn't they be fine with a lot less? Third, cattle/and growing feed for cattle is a >>massive
