I have a small mole/dark freckle on my cheekbone and on the other side a freckle in the middle of my cheek. when I accentuate those / not cover them with makeup it brings the focal point moreto the middle of my face and makes my face look “shorter”. I was as a juvenile absolutely disgusted by moles. Constant exposure to certain celebrities and being forcibly told their marks accentuated their looks made it not so bad after a while but im still not a fan. I find they work best when they are near a facial feature and not in the middle of an empty area like Hawaii in the Pacific ocean. An example, I think Scarlet Johansson's does nothing for her
