ARE CHEAP PERFORMANCE TIRES WORTH IT?

Awesome info!!! Looking at the OEM Runflats being $400+.... When it comes time to replace my SRT tires, I will 100% try your recommendation!

It would be interesting to see expensive performance tires to see how they compare. I have a tuned 550i with 620 hp and 685 ft lbs of tq. I very occasionally drive it on the drag but as a daily I am more then happy to keep using them. Thanks for the review. Really saved me a few bucks

Appreciate the recommendation as always. I’ve been destroying the Lionhart tires and recently one returned the favor smh. Cracked rim and tire due to a pothole smh.

Very impressive. How long did they end up lasting? I just ordered a set of 255/40R21 ($129 each at Walmart) for my 2023 Kia EV6 GT (545 lb-ft torque propelling 4,795 lbs) and would be very pleased if they perform well in all four mid-Atlantic seasons for 29k miles!

I run Ironman Imov gen2 275 40 20 on my 09 supercharged challenger. It's a 6 speed and makes a little over 500 rwhp. These tires hook up better than anything I've ever had on the car! Best part, they are around $100 each!

I literally run nitto 555r2 on my challenger every set I buy. From the tire dealer I had a bad tire belt a $200 tire gone. Replaced. Not a problem since. The tire had 1 mile on it. But with this being said it goes along with what your saying. Just because you get a reputable brand doesn’t mean it’s better. Any tire can have issues. Bad manufacturing process or whatever.

Delinte D7's are G A R B A G E.... I had just gotten a set of 22's with 245/30/22 Delinte D7s. 13 days after. Rotating wheels. 25 days later. Wheels off with smoked tires. 4k miles and one email sent looking for an explanation. No reply. When you said 29k on those lexani's.. And on that truck.. and running quarter mile 10's..Badass and thank you for solving my next tire decision. I was worried that these lower profile tires were all going to be short lived. And they were on a fwd chevy equinox with a 4cyl engine. Just saving someone else some time and frustration for someone maybe. Delinte Is No Bueno! Nice stance on your SRT also.

I'm thinking a bout getting these but they say, "Designed for use in warmer weather conditions; should not be used when temperatures are consistently below 45 degrees Fahrenheit" Did you change yours out during winter or does it really even matter all that much? lol

The easiest way to learn that you don't always get what you pay for...Buy Goodyear tires. Shitty tires, with shitty warranty from an ultra shitty company.

Cheap tires are TRASH! They puncture easily and wear out fast! Learned my lesson when i went Lionheart tires (TRASH) on my BMW. Big mistake that WILL NEVER HAPPEN EVER AGAIN! DON'T ever try to convinced people that cheap trash tires is the way to go! Soo much technology goes into higher quality/premium tires and that's a FACT! 👎

Wrong. Cheaper, not cheap. Don’t start making claims about tires without coming with citations, bud. You have ZERO clue about what you’re talking about. I’ve spent thousands on tires, and I’ve found from actual testing that the more expensive ones are over priced and over hyped. You’re the guy buying a polo shirt for $90 over the same shirt without a horse for $10 thinking the embroidery and name justify $80 markup. GTFO 😂 You do you. People that have listened to me and have bought these same tires write back how great they are.

Inexpensive doesn’t mean cheap. Same type of ppl that dispute off brand fuel is not the same as chevron or shell lol

@ Laloman It all depends on which of the cheaper brands you go with. Lexani is a GREAT budget tire that I've been running on a 1996 impala ss. 255/30/24 stretched out on 10" wide rim. No issues, but it all depends on the driver preference.
