Very true..Public alwaz criticize the PWD dept for everything..wat about electricals(n odrs) ..imagine a house generates atleast 500rs per month in bills(plus connection n odrs) multiplied by atleast 10000 homes(from a single district) equals 50000000..wr does all d revenue goes?jst in salaries??.. p.s.
