Hopefully, Zizek read some more books on Lenin and his regime since the time of taking of this video untill now. Just saying you are a fan of Lenin is delusional. I want to give you one of my recent opinions that I developed after studying some bit on the 19th and 20th century of Russia. Russia was on a good way to achieve constituonal monarchy with abolishing serfdom (who know, how benevolent would the feudals get) and therefore it sabotaged itself by revolting and giving all the power to Lenin, who I believe was of most noble goals, but was delusional in his own worldview. I say, we can thank Russians for taking the toll of experiencing voluntarily giving the power to one man, because it is hard to take it away then, and they know, you want to take it away from them, and so everyone becomes enemy. I am just some guy on the internet, but I am a student as well and I study a lot of Russian history, therefore I can understand Zizek´s sympathy towards it, but he is clearly biased on one side and I doubt he gives any real chance to listening to others. I really am starting to suspect that he is not a philisopher (a listener and thinker), but rather an orator.
