Great doctor Saab, I stopped rice and roti then I was only eating salad and fruits...and lots of dry fruits beacuse that was grown in our fields almond and walnuts....

Jo dil kare woh khao, excercise karo , kuch nahin hoga, my grandfather used to have full tin of desi ghee in one month about 18 kg. My mother always used lot of desi ghee and lived very healthy life

1) Tri glyceride is a trap. There's no scientific evidence that it is harmful for heart. 2) Akhrot ya badam ka tel, heat karke lenge to hi wo blockage karega. This is a deceptive video. BEWARE!

I read a recent study by American heart association “Triglycerides and Cardiovascular disease” which directly correlates High triglycerides to heart problems .An 88mg/dl increase in subjects raised the risk of CVD by 30% . Please advice if you think otherwise.

"Not harmful" and "reversal" are two different things. A diet extremely low in fat (less than 10% of total calories) had been shown to reverse blockage and calcification, remember not just stop or slow, but reverse to the previous state. And that is the only diet that has been demonstrated to do that. So this advice is not for everyone but heart patients. There are other mechanisms through which nuts, especially walnuts can help endothelial function but the problem is that a generalised advice cannot be given as it requires a combination and synergies of various lifestyle aspects which most people would not be able to follow accurately. Most people cherry pick advice and ruin the benefits due to other bad habits. So as a general advice for a heart patient, very low fat diet which also excludes nuts and seeds is a safe bet to stop the progression and reverse it, if followed diligently.

5 years पहले मुझे कैंसर हुआ था।अब ट्रीटमेंट बंद है। मैं ऐप्रिकोट, मुनक्का अंजीर ,बादाम और अखरोट सुबह लेती हूं।खजूर वजन बढ़ने के डर से नहीं लेती हूं क्या यह सही रहेगा।आपने अखरोट मना किया है,लेकिन ऐप्रिकॉट खुबानी का कोई जिक्र नहीं किया है। प्लीज़ अपनी राय दीजिए।बड़ी कृपा होगी।

Great sir I am big fan of u now I am following ur advice from May 2020 (weight 83kg) now August my weight is 76kg great sir and my total cholesterol reduce from 248 to 127 and triglycerides 157 to 100 great sir ...And I do daily 1hour excercise from May 2020 ...Thank u sir ...U are the real Doctor who cares the patient big fan of u from Odisha💯💯

Sir with due respect , if you take dry fruits in a limited quantity then it's healthy.. There are two types of oils ( refined and natural), from dry fruits you will boost your HDL which is good for your heart where as refined oil and other processed oil increase your LDL levels which are harmful for your heart.. So if you do some exercise and you take dry fruits like almond, rasins,pista (plain) in a limited quantity it's very healthy..

Doctor you are the only one who’s saying walnuts are bad for health. Other reputed sites , Health gurus and doctors are saying that walnuts are among the healthiest among nuts. They’ve conducted double-blind experiments etc with huge numbers of volunteers to check and prove that this particular nut is full of health benefits and found that it indeed is healthy to eat it. Have you conducted any such experiments to prove your point: that it is unhealthy ? If you have done so, please let us all know about it, because your post on this nut is causing much confusion among us, the daily-one walnut eaters.

Maybe they are fine in moderation for healthy people with no heart issues. But people with high triglycerides/cholesterol or other heart issues might need to avoid them. That’s my thinking. Maybe Dr. Bimal can clarify this.

Actually it depends these advices are for heart patients because their heart arteries viens are already dangerously blocked enough so they should strictly avoided but the person who is constantly doing exersizes hardwork being low blockage or no blockage can eat dry fruit. It is highly recommended for people who do workouts, school students who play,etc

पहले मैं बहुत फिट था, मस्त ड्राई फ्रूट्स और हेल्थी फ़ूड खाता था। कोई तकलीफ और परेशानी नही थी। फिर मैंने इस डॉक्टर की वीडियो देखी। उसके बाद से मैं काफी स्ट्रेस में रहता हूं। कुछ भी खाने से पहले सोचता हूं कि खाऊ की नहीं। और यही ये सब डॉक्टर चाहते हैं। बिना मतलब के panic create करके लोगो से पैसे लूटते हैं। सावधान रहें सतर्क रहें। ऐसे डॉक्टरों से दूर रहें। यहीं सब हेल्थी खा कर मैंने लोगों को 80 साल तक जीते देखा है।

Walnut contains healthy fat omega3 which is good for heart. But daily one walnut water soaked in summer and two during winter season.

True, even FSSAI, govt of India saying to eat walnut but Dr. Bimal charger saying it's having high triglycerides... Some contradictory views... Let him clarify whether govt is giving wrong information..
